Terms of Service

1. What GPSR Kit is

GPSR Kit (“the Service”) is a self-serve tool operated by Clarte SAS (SIREN 989 542 642), 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. It generates product-safety compliance documents (safety information sheet, simplified risk assessment, marketplace checklist, label template) from the information you provide about your product, with reference to Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR).

2. What GPSR Kit is not

The Service is not legal advice, not a law firm and not an EU Responsible Person service. The documents are prepared from your own answers and from a curated library of regulation-based content; they only become your compliance documents once you have reviewed, adapted and — where relevant — signed them. We do not guarantee compliance with any regulation, nor acceptance by any marketplace. For binding advice, consult a qualified professional.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing every generated document against your actual product, and for how you use the documents. The Service is intended for business use by sellers; you confirm you are acting in the course of a trade or business.

4. Purchases and delivery

The per-product pack is a one-time purchase covering one product. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Delivery is immediate: a download page and an email link. The download link is personal; sharing it publicly may lead to deactivation after abnormal usage.

5. Refunds

Because the documents are generated and delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins at purchase. If the kit does not work for your product — wrong category fit, generation problem, honest dissatisfaction — contact us within 14 days at moon.nessss@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather refund than argue.

6. Intellectual property

You may use, print, adapt and publish the generated documents for your own products without restriction. The Service itself — content library, templates, code — remains our property; you may not resell generated kits as a service or extract the content library.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned. We are not liable for marketplace decisions (suspension, removal, rejection), regulatory decisions, or indirect damages such as lost sales.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms; the version in force at your time of purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
