1. Who we are

GPSR Kit is operated by Clarte SAS (SIREN 989 542 642), 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France (“we”). Contact: moon.nessss@gmail.com.

2. What we collect, and why

Product answers — the information you enter about your product (category, materials, manufacturer details, target markets). Needed to generate your documents and let you re-download them.

Your email — to deliver your kit, send the download link, and (if you join the Pro waitlist) send one launch announcement. No marketing lists, no resale.

Payment data— handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation and reference, never your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes, run third-party advertising trackers, or use your product information for anything other than generating and delivering your documents.

4. Retention

Orders and generated-document inputs are kept so your download link keeps working and for our legal accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your order data at any time at moon.nessss@gmail.com; deletion disables re-downloads.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). One email to moon.nessss@gmail.com is enough.

6. Hosting & security

The Service and its database are hosted in the European Union. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS); download links use unguessable signed tokens.
